My spiritual awakening was just the beginning of a profoundly humbling experience, that led me towards more embodied heart centred meditative practices, by attending Helios Foundation and participating in their enlightenment intensive retreats. Since 2011 I engaged in a focused spiritual journey, and relentless quest for truth, working with Tibetan Buddhist Dzogchen teachings, exploring Sufism, and western mystical practices, leading to a spiritual awakening in 2016. I also hold a degree in Medicine concluded in 1997 (Portugal, EU) and was a practising doctor for 10 years. I concluded a Master in fine art and then a PhD at the University of Westminster in 2015.

Most people's experience is that computerized methods are just as effective as the traditional procedures.
#THE I CHING SOFTWARE#
These days, software is often used to cast the reading. Alternative methods use dice, beads or seeds. The earliest known procedure uses a set of 50 yarrow stalks which are repeatedly divided and counted. The most popular method uses three coins which are thrown six times to create the reading. Various methods can be used to consult the I Ching. Its intelligent, profound, sophisticated and often uncannily accurate readings have recommended this system of divination to many Westerners, including C.G. The I Ching has been in continuous use up to the present day.
